Q. Is ordering online secure?

Q. How do I place my order?

  1. Click on the product you want to buy.
  2. Click on the “Add To Cart” option.
  3. You can add multiple products to the cart by opening different products and adding them to the cart.
  4. After that, click on “Cart” in the menu bar.
  5. Scroll down and click “Proceed to checkout.”
  6. Fill in all the billing details and check the order details (including total cost).
  7. Click on the “Place Order” button below the form.

Your order is now placed, and you will receive a confirmation email with your order details. You can receive your order via Cash On Delivery (COD).


Q. How do I cancel an order on RoshanBazaar?

A. To cancel your order, log in to your account. For guest users, you can call our helpline during office hours to cancel your order. You can also cancel the order during the final confirmation call.
